Indeed, a very common sight in previous Tours de France, but I believe he has been requested not to perform his act anymore.
If the real Devil looks as fun-loving and happy as this guy, I won’t mind going to Hell in the end!

He is also in the Guinness Book of World Records for building some of the largest bikes in the world.
