Debus asked the question why so many cats appear in these WTF photos, well in this case, what would happen if you disguised yourself as a tree and then brought in a dog? Exactly, he’d pee all over you!
This poor sucker can be grateful that Mr. Spanky isn’t sharpening his claws all over his head though!

Actually, I think it's a mask. If it were that disease, he'd have those growths all over his body, and his hands look pretty normal. The cat, however, looks to be scared shitless.
