I think the guy on the bike is pointing at the camera, causing the stilts guy to look back, lose his balance, and plummet into the dark waters below…
He’s using metal stilts because there are wood eating piranha in the water.
What, haven’t you ever tried to race your leatherman buddy on a mini-bike while he rode around the lake and you tried to pole across it using a soccer goal as a boat? I don’t see what’s so odd about this.

I went there, I work there, I was literally born on campus, as was my daughter who is a student there! My dad was a professor there. My mom, sister, 3 brothers, my son, my niece, etc all OSU students in the past. You might say it’s a big deal in my family.

This is actually in a park in Stockholm, Sweden. Usually that pond was free from water and full of skateboarding kids. A couple of years ago they decided that the kids were in the way and filled the pond with water on the summers.
The sorrounding park has a lot of nice hobos and alcoholists/drug abusers and all that kind of representative people.
