Just FYI – That’s not a dead person. I believe it is a packing tape sculpture made for a street project. Still WTF in how they chose to participate in the street project.

Yes! I was thinking there was something strange about the way the arms were hanging deeper that the rest of the body, and now it makes sense. Though I think the door is a little small since he is bending his head down a little.
