I’ll take a guess that they are the Royal Welch Fusiliers(white hackles, blue and red recognition flash), which were amalgamated with he Royal Regiment of Wales in 2006 to form the Royal Welsh.

don’t understand why this is here. I used to see this goat whenever i went to see wales play rugby. Always paraded around the ground before kick off. This was probably taken at his retirement ceramony.
