Yeah, that’s Union Square Park. I can’t imagine that this actually took place and didn’t get covered to death by the local news, but it’s a really incredible photo nonetheless.

I would say faked based on the guy walking through its toe. Look at its feet… look at its third toe/claw… look at the guy walking THROUGH its toe…
