At first I thought this was creepy…not necessarily WTF creepy but creepy nonetheless.
Then this morning I was perusing the inter webs and found this lurking in one of the tubes. Damned if this clown thing doesn’t come with creepy kids music and slowly slides up and down to provide a moving target for those growing young Japanese lads (yes, it is apparently located in Japan). Watch this clip if you dare! Either the photo is reversed or there are more than one of these in the world. [shudder]
