Interesting. The insignia on the side of the car is a US Air Force one, but it appears to say “Marines” underneath it. It pushes even further when noticing that the car is a right-hand drive model and the homes in the background look like they could be in the UK.
I give it a four on my weird shit-o-meter.
It gets even wierder, when he takes the box off, its actually Billy Baldwin.

The logo on the side of the box appears to be the old logo for A. Duie Pyle, a North American shipping company started in Pennsylvania. Some PA buildings do look like that, especially in the old coal towns.
The picture isn’t inverted (unless they went through way too much trouble putting backwards text on the car), so it really is a right-hand-drive car (or a dual wheel car, like some driver’s ed schools use). He has that big bulky watch on his right wrist. I’ve seen much more weird stuff, but the closer I look at this picture, the more odd little details come up.
You can’t actually see a steering wheel. He could be in the passenger side of a left-hand-drive car

It’s the Air Force Marines Rescue Squad! Jeez, it’s like one of those, “What’s wrong with this picture?” deals. Let’s see, the car is a right hand drive, it has a danger logo, an Air Force logo, and it says, “Marines” and “Rescue”, it looks like he’s wearing a parks department shirt with no badge, there’s no light bar, he’s wearing a big ugly watch and ring, and he’s flipping the camera off. Oh wait, he’s also wearing an angry cardboard box on his head.
it’s not air force – all branches of the u.s. military use that marker on their aircraft. still doesn’t explain what it’s doing on the side of a car, but there you go.

you think it’s USAF because it looks like the Hap Arnold wings but it’s actually used in all branches. We have a few bases in UK such as Shecklend USMCB
