Ive seen rigs like that before they are meant for allowing one to bike and walk ones dog at the same time ( a regular leash can get tangled in the bikes wheels) why she has a goat strapped in I dont know

@wolfgang Its leg isn't broken. That's how goats look when they move. They aren't high steppers, but they do bend their knees pretty dramatically when they get going a little faster than a walk. How do I know? I used to raise meat goats. I spent a lot of time feeding, watering, vetting, and just generally enjoying their company. Goats have got to be the funniest animals I've ever owned.
