Um not exactly… The girl driving the road roller was Kagamine Rin, one of the Vocaloids. Vocaloid is a very popular singing synthesizer in Japan. And the song was a sort of warped version of her theme song.

I have no idea what was up with the muscle car people. The Vocaloid fan made videos are really strange, but Ive never seen that wtf-ness before. It makes me sad to see that people did this to poor Rin.

Thats how Aeris died in the original Japanese release of Final Fantasy VII. They had to change it because Sephiroths baby-face-penis-laser attack wasnt testing well with US audiences.
