  1. Cubus says:

This looks shopped. I can tell by some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my life.

    • Potato in Flight says:

Apparently it’s a pretty decent shop, then, considering the shadows on the person who’s holding it. However, it is pretty suspicious.

      • Anon says:

Look at the shadow of the bottom right guy’s arm. The sun is in the complete opposite direction of the shadow left by the gun. ;x Plus theres a beer in the guys hand behind the scope of the rifle.

      • nick says:

If it is shopped my question is why in the world will anyone do it?

      • Nico says:

Except that the shadow is not in the same direction than the others… Just look at the one of the guy on the left, the shadow goes left. But for the rifle, it goes on the right.

Anyway as usual excuse my english, i’m french.

      • Diatribe says:

You fail to realise that the sun is BEHIND the people in the photos, and if the rifle were really in the picture, the shadow would be in FRONT of them. Also, the barrel was crudely cut, and the colouring of the rifle is off.

    • Gleef says:

I agree, clearly photoshopped, I mean, what are the chances that that “pictureisunrelated.com” text towards the bottom was in frame when that photo was shot.

  2. Steve says:

    but it just isn’t, though.

  3. IonU says:

Really could have done without the full area view of the gent in the black cap. Put the mouse back in its house, sir.

  4. Scott says:

The gun is shopped, the rest looks legit. Notice all the shadows fall to the left, except the gun which is to the right (and possibly lit from below as well).

  5. lynn says:

seriously could have done without the winky show in the back….perhaps you could photo shop another gun over it

  6. MadRat says:

Just like IonU, I notice that picture isn’t safe for work.

  7. Silence says:

    Yep. Photoshopped. Here’s why:

    A. The lighting on the gun is different than the lighting in the rest of the photo.

    B. His hand isn’t actually holding the gun. Look at the fingers…they aren’t in a gripping position. A gun of that weight would require a grip, as it is too heavy (especially towards the butt end) to simply balance.

    C. The shadow of the rifle on his chest doesn’t distort at all with the natural curvature of his skin.

    D. There is something in his hand behind the gun. To me, it looks like a beer can, but you can’t really say for sure.

    E. The shadow of the rifle sloppily extends past his shoulder to the man behind him. If a real shadow extended that far, it wouldn’t line up perfectly like that.

You’d think that if they were going to Photoshop anything into that photo, it would be some pants.

  8. dsdfsafsa says:

    The gun is photoshopped

  9. Kevin says:

It is interesting how his arms are in perfect position to be holding a cup or beer can. He looks like he’s about ready to drop the rifle in the hot tub. Also, the shadow doesn’t match the tone or have the variation of other shadows in the picture, and the reflection of the gun barrel is unlikely given the current position of the sun. My professional opinion is that this is a composite image.

  10. Luck Luck says:

Terrible shop and should be taken down. A poor reflection on PICTURE IS UNRELATED.

Not that I should have to do this, but:
-Light source on the barrel is obviously bright and from below
-Dude’s hand used to be holding a cup or something (I think I can actually see it behind the sights), nobody in history has ever held a rifle like that with the fingers just kind of hovering out in space
-The shadow on his chest is a nice touch but unfortunately the wrong tone, the wrong angle, way too soft-edged for sunlight. It’s falling on him as though he’s facing the sun. Is he facing the sun?

  11. Goldie says:

Oh man. Ow. Yeah, I don’t think the rifle started there, and if they most photoshop the pic, why not something to cover up the loose willy?

  12. Little Miss FUn says:

more like the bare club from the looks of the shop

  13. “This is my rifle, these are our guns…”

  14. penguin_man says:

And this is why I’m afraid to move out of the city.

  15. photo-shopper says:

This is an obvious shop-job. Light sources on the bears put the light above and behind them at camera right. The shadow from the gun is coming down across the kids chest from camera left. Following that line, the gun should shadow onto the stomach of the guy behind him. Pixelations around the edges of the gun are amazingly bad and the butt of the rifle is below the water line.

Yank this photo, this isn’t worthy.

  16. MC Kitty Kat says:

It is clearly photoshopped. The gun is real but all these naked dudes are fake…

  17. Humblejerk says:

I liked them better when they had their costumes on. (referring to the previous picture)

  18. Ben says:

Hey look, that guy’s penis is showing.

  19. Valval says:

The only thing hidden from view is Sarah Palin under the water.

  20. Ewan says:

Thanks goodness for the telescopic sites, else we would never have found out Jim was a man…

  21. Bibliocat says:

Looks like the guy in the black hat’s had some shrinkage.

  22. Kazu says:

I think what creeps me out the most is that the guy in the pool on the far left looks like my father. Cannot unsee.

  23. Mark says:

Ha ha ha, so wrong on so many levels, I love it

  24. Branden says:

All guy hot tub party, gay. but wait, their red necks, literally, now i understand.

  25. Rich Leigh says:

I think its been noted enough times now that the rifle is obviously shopped and the reasons why. It’s not difficult to see that this is photoshopped so please no more expert analysis on the f**king shadows please. The dead horse has been beaten.
