Well, according to a recent study, the French are also much more interested in other people’s culture, to their way of life when they travel. Wich is not the cas of the Brits or the Americans (for instance).
This is absolutly racist; it reminds me of dark times of history; “Jews and dogs not allowed” or “blacks and dogs not allowed”

There is no such thing as a democratic republic of China. There is a People’s Republic of China (i.e. China) and a Republic of China (i.e. Taiwan). The PRC may be the people’s republic but the people actually have no say in the matter, as it is really just a dictatorship that calls itself communist. The ROC (Taiwan) on the other hand is a vibrant democracy and people there do enjoy giving the government a good kick come election time.

If Tibet was free, it would be an independent country like most tibetans aspire to.
I guess your opinion is moulded by the “thought unification” policy of the chinese communist party, that apparently is effective.
I am sure this taxi man has been allowed to put his sign because that complies with the govermnent’s policy. But would he be allowed to put up “No communists nor dogs” for instance ?
I doubt it.
