When I went to Vientam, I saw a trio of monks at an amusement park, and found it quite a musing. Makes me wonder where this was taken.
I was there last year, by the way.
The last time I went to an amusement park, there were about 5 Tibetan monks riding the bumper cars, and the eldest of them all (none were young) was having the time of his life, laughing his head off and going after everyone! There was a crowd gathered just to watch them. It was great.
more importantly, what is he doing with the other hand?
