Nah, this is from Silent Hill Homecoming. One of the hardest bosses besides Amnion. Silent Hill 2 -was- the best one though.

All I can think of is how much its going to hurt when they start pulling that tape off….
It’s one of the creatures I remember from Silent Hill: Homecoming.
It has a big man front, and a smaller woman combined into it’s back. And the woman on it’s back is the weakspot.

Here’s the source:
1) Don’t ask what it is: a dozen people have already pointed out it is a monster from a video game. Read, then comment.
2) Don’t jump out to tell everyone what it is. Knowing a Silent Hill monster isn’t impressive trivia. A dozen or so posters already beat you to it.
3) The dude on the bottom is going to be sore as hell from knuckle-walking with a lady strapped to his back. Srsly.
Oh, I saw them at Ohayocon. The costume takes forever to get the two of them into and they could only be in it for a few minutes while tons of pictures were snapped, but… it was amazing.
Um, I never expected to see any of my personal friends on this site. That’s kind of jarring.
If I remember correctly, D & Avi won a Masters-division award at Anime Central 2008 with that Siam costume. They’re both brilliant cosplayers.

I’ve spoken to the chick who did this. You’ve gotta admire the dedication it took to pull this off, if nothing else. Check out a comparison shot from the game and you’ll see. It’s pretty damn good.
If you’ve got nothing else to compare it to and have no fucking clue what it is, though… yeah, TOTALLY a WTF pic.
I am the male half of this costume. Surprisingly, there is no duct tape involved. We built harnasses that hold us together underneath the costume so we may quickly detach whenever we need.
