It’s actually Bulgaria. On the link given by someone earlier for more pictures, the Bulgarian flag and the letters BG can be seen on the front license plate.

As we can see, the 7 dwarfs got mad at Snow White For selling them for an Audi.
I say fake (or art installation). There are no dents. These pickaxes would have to be sharper than the sharpest Samurai sword to go through the metal without buckling it. And the windshield is not smashed.
And in practical terms – if you are going to waste somebody’s car with a pickaxe, one is sufficient (and a lot easier to carry). They are reusable. That’s why I think it’s “art” (or advertising)
Pick-axes *are* pretty sharp. That’s why they use them as pick-axes. That doesn’t mean it’s not art…
