I can tell that you haven’t met many Indians. There are some who are VERY dark.
lol, i have actually lived in india for several years. yes, there are some pretty dark skinned indians. However if you take a look at this guys feet it is pretty obvious that this is a black man.

His grammar is correct.
It is no way photoshoped. All you have to do is put the camera on a tripod set the shutter speed to like .1 seconds, then have the subject stand very still and wait for a car to speed by and snap. The blur on the car is caused by the fact that it moved about 1 foot in the time from the opening of the shutter and it closing (Basic Photography 101).
