Does anyone else think this is an absolutely HUGE zebra? Or a very tiny man? Aren’t zebras just a little bigger than donkeys? I’ve only seen them in zoos, but they were nowhere near the size of a horse. Not only is this one as big as a horse, it’s almost as big as a draft horse. Or is it more likely we’re talking PhotoShop here?
i think they painted a horse – Zebra’s ore not nearly that tall, and their stripes are black on white – not white on black! (normally) these stripes are just all wrong! and yes, i have seen some semi-tame zebras (i’m from South Africa) but i have never seen someone mad enough to get on a zebra’s back!
He’s either a jockey-sized guy or that’s one big zebra.
Besides… I thought zebras couldn’t be tamed, like, at all. Ever. So add that to the size issues and you have yourself either a halfbreed or one guilty looking dude with a paint bucket
Actually, they can be tamed, but you have to get them from a very young age (weanling, better yet, bottle raise them), and literally work with them several hours a day, every day, because the wild instincts are so strong. They are, after all, a prey animal. Moose can also be trained to ride/drive, but again, you have to start with a very young one.
That does, in fact, look like a purebred zebra. Chances are it was gelded/spayed at a very young age, also to curb any aggressive tendencies.
The zebra convention at the prison was a smashing hit, all of the inmates were- say where are the inmates?
