Inspire courage bonuses are dependent on the bard level of the character.
and it does not grant a +1 bonus to all rows, it merely grants a bonus +1 to attack and +1 physical damage bonus to party members, this bonus will increase on certain breakpoints of the character’s bard level.
not really a good inspiration, in my opinion, especially if your team has a high amount of casters. Inspire defense is so much better [mainly because bard buffs(heroism,ghostly visage...) do not grant defense bonuses] in most stances.
