Thanks to mandatory co-ed military service, the IDF has been issuing M-16 Assault Rifles to beautiful young women for many years, and an Israeli couple of the right age could easily have a pair of M-16′s like that.

Beauty is, of course, in the eye of the beholder, but I strongly disagree with you about there being pretty women from Israel. Some of those women are gorgeous (and most, if not all of them could kick my butt, too).
I’ve seen plenty of pretty Israeli girls, but I’m not sure that any on the page to which you link are prettier than the girl in the picture above.

Those are AR-15s in no way related to the AK-47. They don’t share a single component, they’re not even the same shape. They’re American not soviet too.

I’m not a gun owner myself, but your comment looks like a pathetic attempt to get them to show you their “equipment”. Give it a rest. There’s plenty of pictures of “equipment” on the web, plus you can use one of the random chat services to see and talk with guys who have their “equipment” out for your inspection.
Actually, the M-16 round is quite small, perhaps a third of the size of, say, a 30-06 round.
