That is likely a stuffed cat. Notice how the strap in no way digs into the animal’s fur? If it was a real cat fur (and fat – that’s no slim kitty) would be oozing around the carry straps as the real animal’s weight dragged it down.

Agreed. At first i thought it was real, and then i realized what you said makes sense. The legs also look too short, and it would be a bit of a strange position for a real cat to be in; laying on back with its head turned all the way to the side, and a real cat most likely wouldn’t have such a blank expression.
