I’m gonna be generous and say some of the problem is the distortion of a cheap camera lens. But her tibia is bent. Probably malnutrition from trying to stay too skinny.
That’s pincushion distortion on the camera lens. If you look at the top edge of the photo it should look a little more noticeable.
Now as for the poor animal, that’s just cruel. I’d like to think it’s a Photoshop color hack, but there are people out there that would actually do this.
You musta missed the extreme animal grooming photo then. A dyed sheep is positively tame in comparison…and whole lot prettier.
