OK why can’t one see even a hint of the gap in the Elizabeth-I puppet’s face on the left where it splits? It’s… it’s… like magic!

This is Santa Muerte. A banned saint. Virgin Mary as Death. She is, very complicated to explain. Like persephone as goddess queen of the underworld and death. Birth giving life earth-mother goddess but the side who also takes you back in her earth-womb after death. Very powerful saint you appeal to for protection, especially if your life is in danger or you are very sick and near death. Some pray to her to kill enemies but this is wrong and not really what she stands for.

oh god. I REMEMBER THIS DOLL. I was looking thru a collectible doll magazine or something like one as a kid…this one nearly made me cry.
