The image he is looking at is the room taken from the camera we are looking through, if its youtube its embedded, which would make sense considering the scene.

One time while I was playing video games, my girlfriend came in the room and started going down on me. It was fantastic and we both got hooked on how hot that is. I think half of you haven’t had sex or need help. If you’re so bored with sex that you have to play video games, you my friend are a bad lay. Even if you think it’d spice things up(which is sad)….
