No, no, no. Tzeentch is birds and sorcery. This is Slaanesh territory, both due to the fact that it looks like a meld between a Daemonette and a Mount of Slaanesh, and the amount of drugs they probably consumed before thinking this up.

Can’t be Slannesh as their are no naughty bits. Just for the sheer mutation factor it fits Tzeentch though. Or perhaps some weird ass Eldar contraption.
I reckon the seductive pose is definately suggestive of Slaanesh. Maybe it’s some poor soul who couldn’t decide between Slaanesh and Tzeentch and is on their way to spawndom.
I thought people who worshipped more than one chaos god became furies because they couldn’t/wouldn’t decide? Spawns are what happen to worshippers of a single chaos god who don’t become daemon princes fast enough, if I remember correctly.
Spawn can happen a couple of ways. The chosen pisses off their parton deity, they get blessed with to many “gifts”, and others that I can’t remember right now. Those who choose the undivided path don’t get as many goodies as those who choose a single patron, but it is possible patch; eg. Iron Warriors, Alpha Legion, and Black Legion to name a few.
I’m really worried about the geek factor here. I know I shouldn’t be, but I am.
In the Warhammer roleplay 2nd ed Tome of Chaos; spawndom occurs when your body collapses under the weight of too many mutations (determined by a secret 1d10 role plus your toughness).
Mutations can be gifted by a god, caused by warpstone or high intensity magic areas, or by contact with a creature of chaos (covered in beastman blood for example).

It’s all so clear to me now. The morph technology is just a mini rift in the Warp with a direct connection to Slaanesh’s palace, contained within a cube! Morph ability is heresy!

It could also be one of the centaur-like characters from John Varley’s Titan/Wizard/Demon series; they looked like that quite explicitly. There’s be naughty bits not visible from this angle if that were the case.
