The school I went to as a teen used to have this as a regular specialty apparently. Think it just stopped before I went there but my brother used to tell me about it. Don’t think I’ve seen it pictured much before but I did know ‘stargazy’ when I saw it.

I love how they have taken something totally vile and given it a romantic name! They are not creepy zombie fish, they are star gazing. Awwwh.
