What’s wrong here is that this is a photo of a city in Pakistan, where thousands of people have died and over a million have been forced to leave their homes because of flooding. I’m having difficulty finding the humour in this.
It’s people trying to escape flooding due to a typhoon that hit the Philippines last September (2009). The picture is from somewhere around Manila, the capital city.

Road Engineering 101: NEVER PLACE ALL STORM DRAINS AT THE TOP OF A BRIDGE!!!!!! A good exapmle is what happened at the Mercury Blvd. Project in Hampton, Virginia right after Hurricane Isabel in 2004.

that’s in the philippines. major flooding in metro manila last year. a lot of deaths and damage. nothing funny about it.

It’s in the Philippines..The bridge did not collapse, its just the flood is too high due to typhoon local named “Ondoy”..
