I found this just too strange to really find it funny. Pedo/Pero it still sounded like oral sex in action. Leave it to the Japanese to come up w/ something that strange.
very simple a man facing a crisis in his own life, prossibly he himself contributed to the rape and plunder of the land, has now gone it live in the woods to repent his evil ways. However to fit in he had to make himself an animal costume, and baby penguins at the zoo were handy so he slaughtered them to make his suit.

I don’t get how there is any confusion. It’s a short, about preserving forests, and natural spaces for animals and nature. Also, that it is equally important to both man, and animal. It didn’t matter than Mr. Ando was a human pretending to be a Peng because he cared just as much as any other animal, and acted in accordance with his belief.
