I live there too. Most people I know call him “Darth Fiddler”. A few years back, my school went on a field trip downtown and we walked past him. He saw our uniforms and asked if we were goin to a Harry Potter convention.

This is in downtown Victoria, BC, Canada. I see him quite often and sometimes when I have my lightsaber with me, a duel occurs. He usually wins. And by the way, his ‘name’ is Darth Fiddler.

As a violinist, I can say he sucks at playing.

I met him when I was in Victoria Canada, took a picture with him!
This guy plays like a block away from where I work… He makes labored breathing noises at me when I walk past. He’s actually effing insane when he is not in costume.
I’ve seen this guy before. I was on a bus, visiting Victoria on a vacation with my family. We were heading for a tour of a haunted graveyard, and I saw him playing. Nobody believed me that I saw the Darth Fiddler, though.
