Uh no, it’s real. You’ve never seen that before? I saw that whole episode when I was about 12 (not subtitled, though), along with the episode that was banned for causing seizures. Many episodes of Pokemon were banned from the states. Most “children’s anime” in the states is really more geared toward teens in Japan.
