I heard of a guy that does this sort of thing with dead flies. (don’t know if this is his work)

If you value the life all creatures – including flies, then what is the shame in displaying them like this? All of the flies were already dead before being used and instead of being vacuumed into oblivion they have been immortalised in the form of photography.
