I believe ive seen this guy on a documentary sometime during the last few years… he is real.
Its actually kinda neat (in an odd way) how many odd mishaps can occur with the human body during development yet it still functions enough to survive. That being said from the words on the signs in the background this might be in eastern Europe and Chernobyl’s legacy in that area created some real freakish deformity’s (and by freakish I mean babies so deformed you have no idea unless you’ve seen pictures of them, the cyclopean potato head babies being some of the worst) thankfully for them their lives where short since some were so bad that the thought of living a life in such a body doesn’t bare thinking about…
